Two club members were able to attend National Night out and assist the Elk's with their table. We thought that his would be a nice gesture since our club meetings are held at the Elk's. GFWC-Big Rapids was presented with a proclamation declaring Federation Day as April 24 by City Manager Mark Gifford. The proclamation also mentioned the many volunteer hours, donations and in-kind donations that the club has provided to the community.continue reading →

Three members created crafts with the children at the homeless shelter. The children were very excited to have this activity and asked if they could do more. The children were also provided with a special treat.continue reading →
