Valentine’s Party @ the Library

Joan Boroff and Jennifer Houttekier are waiting for the children to arrive for their Valentine’s Party. Each child was given a coloring book and a treat from GFWC-Big Rapids and enjoyed singing and dancing with Mr. Howard from the library.
